No buddy im sorry to say i have a slower drive.

A WD 40 gig EB .

My scores are a joke compared to yours.

But i really cant test corectly cause its in 4 partitions loaded to the rim.

Once again I will explain the fatal flaw that is the VIA 8233A southbridge. The PCI/IDE channels constantly disconnect during transfers... as can be seen in my HDTach benchmark... All of those lines that drop down like icecicles... well that is where the PCI/IDE channel was disconnected from the CPU during transfer. Burst speeds will not exceed 60Mbps. and CPU utilization is higher due to the constant commands being sent from the CPU to reinitialize the IDE transfer.

Yes its winxp NTFS

Also I would like to tell Da wolf that he did a wonderful review on the hdd and it sucks him having that southbridge problem, Id like to see a real compare.
