is there anyway to get the bios of and intel d850gb mother board to let me change the multiplyer and internal clock speed?

maybe... did it come with your comp or did you go out and buy it? If you bought it, then you might be able to. But you would lose the warranty on your processor. I will leave it to some overclocker to tell you how...

Correct me if I am wrong but you're talking about changing the FSB internal multiplier that is used to generate the CPU clock speed? AFAIK this is fixed in the P4. The only thing you can do is to boost your FSB speed. Something any decent bios should allow you to do.

Yep Intel has never supported any sort of overclocking in their own BIOSes.

I would check to see if CPUFSB won't let you do that through software. Not the most graceful way of o/cing the FSB but if you really want to and have a lot of patience, might be your best bet.

Yeah CPUFSB and SetFSB will let you change the FSB as long as it supports your clock generator and said clock gen supports more FSBs.
