Little_T is on a distinguished road

??? Zalman 9500 with Antec P160 E

Are these two compatible? I mean, the motherboard I'm buying (Abit AT8) should be compatible with the Z9500 CPU-cooler, however since the heatsink is so large that it apparently "overgrows" (goes outside) the mobo and the P160 E case has a crossbar nex to the PSU I'm worried that it won't fit in the case. Anyone have this setup or simply have knowledge about this?

System Specs

check the zalman site - it tells you how much clearance each tested motherboard needs between the mobo and psu/case

EDIT: from looking at the compatible mobo lists - you board isn't there - but most of the ABIT boards with the AMD sockets require no clearance at all - check with the mobo as the radius of the cooler is 56mm - so measure (if possible) 56mm (plus a little extra for clearance) from the centre of the socket on the board and you should be right
