Driver Switching

I recently brought a new case for my PC. This has a headphone socket on it but i am not able to connect this headphone to my audigy 2 soundcard. Instead i have to have it connected to my motherboard.

When i want to use my headphones i have to disable the audigy 2 driver in device manager and then enable my motherboard sound driver (which is soundmax by the way). This doesn't take very long but it is inconvienient as i often use my headphones.

I wondered if there is a way to execute a program or something along those lines to switch between the drivers, or if there was a way that i could make them compatible with each other.

I know you can set up a different hardware profile but that requires rebooting to change it and that would be more inconvienient than my current situation.

If anyone was wondering i have windows xp home sp2, a asus p4c800 E deluxe motherboard, soundblaster audigy 2 soundcard, thermaltake tsunami dream case.

Thanks in advance for any help
