SIS IDE 2.04a

Trying to install sis ide driver 2.04a, but every time i run the setup i get an error that says...

"16 bit Windows Subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-Dos and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."

I'm running Windows XP SP2 if that helps.

Help?
