How much of a proformance increase....
would I see going from an ASUS A8N-SLi Deluxe to an ASUS A8N-SLi Premimum,if any ?

None. i would think its just got more features i believe and not that mean i think.. if ur goin 2 change your board i would recommend the asus a8n32-sli you would see a slight performance increase if you using Sli
