I guess it would be foolish.....
to spend $1011.00 on an FX57 when I have an FX55 OCed to 57 speeds....right?SOMEONE talk me out of this foolish purchase!!!....HA!...And Merry CHRISTmas too ALL of you guys!I hope Santa cures all of youre computer needs.

No, buy the FX-57 and give me the worthless FX-55.
 But I don't think it's worth the price as you're already running one helluva processor and the performance gain would be minimal, if any. |

get rid of your FX53. i'm sure you can still get at least $400 (USD) for it, and then the cost of the FX57 won't impact you as much.
but hey, would you rather want to have the full fledged bragging rights of "yea, i have an FX57" and make everybody jealous, or would you rather say "i have a dinky FX55 OCed to 57 specs" lol. besides, what's the price difference between the 55 and the 57? like $200 or so? If you're going to be shelling out a crap-load of cash for the CPU, why not just get the best single core processor available? |
