thinking of getting this pc

hi, i know making it yourself is always better but i can get this HP pc really cheap. i just wanna know what you think:

AMD Athlon™ 64 processor 3800+
ATI RADEON® XPRESS 200 chipset
1 GB memory
200 GB Serial ATA hard drive
16x max DVD rewriter
NVIDIA® GeForce™ 6200SE Turbocache
10/100BT network interface
Integrated 5.1 sound solution

i know the graphics card sucks so i was thinking of getting a 6600GT to replace it, but everything else looks ok.

any comments will be appreciated, thanx

how much is it?

It better be under $1200 USD, or around 700 GBP.

Otherwise, rip off.

i can get a massive discount so it only costs me £450 (GBP)
