Le RAM
I'm going to upgrade my RAM. I currently have 512MB.
I was thinking of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145440 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145450 Is the lower latency of the XMS worth the $24 price difference? I have absolutely no intentions to do any overclocking, I just want 1GB of RAM. Money is a little tight, but if the XMS is enough of a difference I would be willing to spend more on it. What do you all think? |

You want 512mb, you mean (to get to 1GB)?

No, I have two 256s right now so I need two 512s for 1GB. My motherboard only has two slots for RAM.

just buy the cheap shit.
so long as you're not worried about overclocking or benching, it's a decent brand name and should see you through.
