I clean things myself. No product has done a better job than me yet!

I use manual cleaning like uberlord. but my mate uses norton utilities 2003 combined with regcleaner/ad aware and that seems to work pretty well for most things. of course manually purging temporary files aids.

For spyware I have had good with luck Ad-aware and Spybot. What one doesn't find the other will. Two great programs. I also use the same as Zardon's buddy. Norton Utilities and Regcleaner. Between Norton and the other three free programs you should be able to keep your system clutter free.

Neither Tauscan nor PestControl are free after a trial period.

I use Ad-aware + reglcleaner. Though it helps to not download/install junk in the first place

I use Ad aware, but other then that, I clean my computer myself. That way I know it's done right.
