Mobo temperature 41*C is it too hot

My mobo gets to 40*C @ full load , is it too hot or just normal ?

It's perfectly fine. Although the exact location of that probe varies a lot between different motherboards nothing on a motherboard has a problem dealing with 40C, or 50 for that matter.
