Wishful Thinking, I Think

HI

Wondering if like the "Power Leap" converter for the CPU, there is a similarconverter for PCI-E GPU to AGP GPU slot?

Last year, bought a 939 socket set w/o PCI-E assuming (wrongly obviously) that due to the existing market of AGP board owners, there would be at least one more release of an AGP GPU...well.

So, if there is such a thing, any info would be great.
Although, I am guessing that due to the technology differences between the PCI-E and AGP such a converter would not work.

Thanks for any help

Depending on how much of a AA/AF Junkie you are, You might be satisfied with the 7800gt there will be an AGP version out soon.

The AGP 7800 card will be a 7800GS. Unless there are rumours of a 7800GT AGP variant I'm not aware of.
