HDD with 16 mb cache = o

i need a new HDD to store more stuff on my computer, so i looked in the ads today and saw a 250gb HDD with 16 mb cache...i am thinking about buying it, but i dont know if my computer can handle it =/ i have a AMD athlon 3200+ and a DFI lanparty mobo. i havent been keeping up with computer stuff for a pretty long while...the HDD i have in my computer right now is a 80gb 8mb cache western digital. can i put a 250gb maxtor HDD in my computer along with the 80? will my computer run "better" if i use the 250gb as my primary? cuz its more larger and maybe faster with the 16mb cache? also...if i were to use the new HDD as my primary, would i have to install windows on that one? =/ thanks =]

i would say that you most likely... can handle it

i'd say there is a 1% chance of it not working..
