Ram Issue makes game crash!

Hi!

Im using a dual pack of memory 2 X Kingston 400mhz ddr...
Everything is working fine with that except when i play games. Everytime, it will make the game crash to the desktop after a few minutes or even reboot my computer! When i only use one stick, everything is working fine. I tried eveything i had in my mind :

- Use only 1 stick
- Tried the other stick alone to see if they were both working fine, and they are!
- Putting the sticks in different slots...now they are in 2 and 4
- Run Memtest...no error at all!

Here is my other specs :

-AMD athlon 64 3000+ winchester
-Asus A8V Deluxe
-Ati Radeon 9800 pro 128mb Omega drivers
-SB live 5.1 OEM
-Maxtor 80 gig

I have no clue what to do/try right now...my knowledge in computer isnt really good. Any help would be appreciate! TY in advance...

maybe you can try to update your marvell yukoon ethernet controller. many users of the A8V deluxe have bluescreens with some bad marvell drivers. deactivate every unused devices in your bios settings. at last you can try to configure your ram settings, update your bios, de/activate fastwrite, check your virtualmemory.
