??? unknown source recurrent problem (xp bsod of course)

Hi,
I would like to get out of this nightmare :

I keep getting the following BSOD
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP 0x..A (0x..820 0x..1E 0x..1 0x804D9E0E)

with no driver mentionned but ALWAYS the same adresses

Does anyone know to determine which device/service the last adresse belongs to, as it seems to be the one generating this error.

of course all this is under XP pro SP2 freshly (re-)installed (so many times i can't remember)
Asus P5P800 Mobo
P4 530 Sochet 775 + SilentTech GoldenOrg II Fan
2*512Mo PC3200 KingstonValue
Leadtech A6600GT tdh AGP
Creative X-fi ExtremMusic
3 Hard Drives 1*IDE +2*Sata
1 * LG DVD-R and 1 * NEC 3500A DVD-RW
1 Pci Network Adapter
Enermax Liberty 400W

What i've tryied so far :
>clean naked system install
>testing and switching memory,
>another graphic card (PointofView 6600)
>The SoundCard is brand new and the problem was already there with the previous one (Audigy LS).
>so are the PSU and the pci Network Adapter.
>unplugged optical drives and useless HDs
>disabling onboard LAN, USB

All remaining devices run with latest, certified driver, bios and chipset are up-to-date.
Temps and voltages are ok.

All i can do know is trying another motherboard/CPU. (the problem is my extra pieces of hardware source is my girlfriend comp, and she's got the very same)

any suggestion would be REALLY appreciated...

i think it's OK with the PSU as i've changed it one month ago, and chose one with high intensity outputs. Voltages are very stable.
And as I said, I'm now running with many devices unplugged (hard and optical drives) and i can play for hours without a problem, with heavy graphical and sound loads.

But sometimes, 5 minutes or 36 hours after bootup, and while browsing with Opera/Firefox, it hangs (always with the error mentioned in first post).
I'm not sure if it's internet related or not, but it happens with both onboard and PCI network adapter. So I guess it's not hardware.
Or can it be something with the PCI bus ?
Or how can i determine who is "using" the address 0x804D9E0E ? as there is now address or irq conflicts detected.
What i also noticed is that it's always with the mouse in hand. I can let it run for days, burning dvd while downloading, or playing listening to music, it never stopped on its own.

the http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php link is very useful but in my case it's too vague.

What i need now is someone who experienced a very close problem or some original and rarely mentioned solution.

thanks...

System Specs

Tried using just the onboard Lan and removing the PCI Network card altogether (using latest driver, of course, for the onboard LAN)?
