i would go for
1) Possibly Antec P180 Case or Lian Li of some kind
2) AMD X2 4400+ or Opteron 175 with the Artic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro
3) Definitely the Enermax Liberty 620W series
4) Corsair 2GB Dual Channel XMS3200 cas2.0 PT
5) Asus A8V-MRP or wait for the A8V-M32 or w/e its called, im using an nforce4 chipset and well it sucks...

you may try an OCZ PSU and ram as well, the Freezer 64 Pro is a great unit and also look at Aerocool cases, I know I really like the one I have

Motherboard: ASUS A8N32-SLI , in my opinion one of the best mobos out there.
CPU: AMD 64 X2 4200 or 4400 , depends on how much money
Power: Enermax Liberty 620W series
RAM: Corsair TWINX2048 series
and for CPU cooler I would recommend going water cooling if you have some extra money, and also Hard Drives are very important on how fast, they're usually the bottleneck of most systems. Get some WD Raptors..

well one thing to think about is support. If you go OCZ you can get support right here as OCZ staff frequent DriverHeaven and have a support thread here in the forums

that's a matter of opinion, both have high quality memory modules. I would also check what memory is recommended for the motherboard in the system
