Does the Tyan Thunder K7 Dual Athlon support 48 bit Hard drive addressing

I was going to upgrade my harddrive in my system with 2 200GB Western Digital Special editions and I was wondering if it was going to support it.

I believe that 48 bit addressing is only available in ATA-133 at the moment, so can you tell if your board supports the ATA-133 standard or only the ATA-100 standard?

No it does not but the other 2 models up from mine does

My motherboard supports ATA 100, but the two boards up from mine supports it.

They are all ATA 100

Western Digital drives greater than 137GB come with a Promise Ultra 100 TX2 card. 48-bit addressing in the box.

I used an U100TX2 on my S2462NG with no issues.
