DH Review: Everglide DKTBoard

_________________ Everglide are a California based company who have been specialising in gamer hardware since 1997. Initially their product catalogue focused on mouse pads (with many winning awards throughout the press) but in 2005 Everglide began branching out into other peripherals such as headphones, mice and keyboards. One of the latest items to be released is the DKTboard, a product which benefits from Razer’s input at the design and engineering phase. Due to this the unit carries the “Powered by Razer” logo. With these two highly respected companies involved in the creation of the DKTboard surely we cannot be disappointed with the result... |

Well, whereas the keyboard itself is wellbuilt, Everglides Service is non-existant. I ordered and recieved a DKTBoard several weeks ago and the backlighting doesn't work. After emailing every contact source on their website several times and trying to call them (they are in Singapore and have no listed number) I finally got ahold of the shipping company that represents them here in the US. They assured me they would contact Everglide and I would be contacted...that was almost 3 weeks ago. So I hope if you buy one of these...it works! Otherwise you are screwed!

I am having the same problem... I bought a silver DKTBoard about 5 months ago, and the paint on some of the keys is starting to wear off... the "S" key is pretty much gone already. I want to RMA the keyboard, but they won't respond to any of my emails...
