Mesh Slayer Elemental Review @ DH

Read The review here
______________
Does the combination of high end AMD X4 955 Processor with Coolit Domino, fast OCZ DDR3 memory and ATI 4890 graphics get you excited? If not, then check you have a pulse.

Today we will find out if the Slayer Elemental really is a kick ass gaming machine or if it is just another run of the mill system build hiding behind an attractive flash web site.

Re: Mesh Slayer Elemental Review @ DH

not so sure about how prices change with exchange rates but that setup costs around $1400 USD......

im thinking that these guys dont make the same excessive amount of money that most other computer manufacturers take per system.... seems like an incredibly good deal especially with all the time that has been put into making it come out good

i also realized that the system runs 950w with an entry level motherboard that only has one PCI-E 2.0 slot (going by the spec'd M4A77T that they listed) but selling it as a CrossfireX board....

now that i think about it, the M4A79T is probably the crossfireX board they would use had the buyer opted for 2 cards and thats why they sent it out in this review sample.... or it could just be a typo all together and the M4A79T is the actual board they include with this setup

Re: Mesh Slayer Elemental Review @ DH

It is hard to know Kris, their website does not list the board in the system I received as an option at all.

Once I hear back from them I will update the article.

great system, but their configuration is well messed up, I would prefer the motherboard you guys got in the system rather than the one on their site.

Re: Mesh Slayer Elemental Review @ DH

im pretty certain its a typo because that board doesnt fit the components of the system but the M4A79T deluxe does.......

that or they give the 790FX board to those that put up the moneys for CFX..... only way it works....

also, Allan i noticed they are a UK only company, you may want to get rid of the US flag symbol

Re: Mesh Slayer Elemental Review @ DH

Good review overall on the Domino I have my reservations.
