Well it was only a matter of time before we finally got a DX11 benchmark which currently will only support you guys lucky enough to be running one of the awesome new ATI graphics cards.

It says it supports DX9 and above, and openGL.
ATI Radeon HD 2xxx and higher or NVIDIA GeForce 7xxx and higher (recommended: NVIDIA 8800 / AMD 4800 series) |

Looks like tesselation is the only thing that requires ATi hardware (I could be missing something else!).

i920@3.8GHz, Corsair Hydro, Asus P6T Dlx V2, 6GB Corsair DDR3 1600, Leadtek 280GTX & XFX 280GTX SLI, Corsair 1000W
Running it at 1920x1200. Getting strange performance actually. The framerate jumps from 70 or so down to 40, hitches a little, and then spurts the missing frames and goes back to 70fps. Disabling SLI makes no difference, and Vsync just caps the max frames at 60. Last edited by shteve; Oct 24, 2009 at 01:04 PM. Reason: Mad colours! |

I have only tried it on a 5870 and 5770 (what a card for the money!) and it runs very well. I will have to play about with some Nvidia hardware later.

Had the same effect in Crysis:Warhead so delved a little deeper. It was EVGA Precision polling the cards. Stopped that and the benchmark runs fine. Not as fine as on a 5870, but I can live with about 60fps.
