I think AMD have done a brilliant job recently - just a shame availability is so poor at the minute. That said, the 5770s are great cards, my buddy bought one and I was quite stunned how good it was. he is thinking of buying a bigger screen in the new year, so his plan was to get one short term then add another to his crossfire motherboard for 1920x1200 gaming in the new year.

Im looking forward to seeing Dirt 2 running on ATI boards.

The 5770 is an freaking sweet card. The cheapest here (available now) is at 148 euros.

NewEgg.ca has XFX XXX 5870 and 5850 cards in stock but i doubt they will last
