Hmm. Interesting comments.

To balance things up a bit - I hope NVIDIA smack Intel upside down in court.

Reasons?

Their strong arm tactics in the industry have hurt competition for a long time.
If it wasn't for strong competition we would still be paying through the nose for CPU's.
Historically Intel have not played on a level field and hopefully with these kind of battles in court by companies like AMD and NVIDIA - this will change.
