Where is my CCC

I just installed my catalyst driver for my 9600 using the dhmod tool v3. I followed the instructions correctly. so i installed Microsoft netframework first and then the driver which gave me the inf error, then i used the DH mod tool to install. it installed the driver but i have no CCC is there a reason for this? any help will be greatly appriciated.

The mod tool only installs the driver from the CCC package. If you want the software, you need to run the official CCC installer.
