ATI 9000/9100 Mobility

I used the ModTOOL and it worked successfully however there are no control settings. What I am trying to do is using S-Video out on my laptop to run it on my television. However I read that ATI has had some problems with recognizing that the TV is hooked up and to upgrade to Catalyst drivers so thats what I did. Buttttt... unlike my Omega drivers there is no ATI Control Panel... any thoughts?

Well i'm a bonehead. I got the Catalyst Control Panel downloaded/installed however the original problem is still there... I'm going to try the Laptop Technical forums but i'll check this thread if anyone has any advice.

The cables are properly plugged in - Svideo to Video In and it still says no TV is connected.
