Modtool for Vista?

First of all I want to thank Patje for this great tool! Solved a thorny driver problem in XP for me (the latest omega drivers were giving me a bsod). That is why I am hoping that you'll take a look at making the same tool available for Vista. I am one of those unfortunates who is getting a code 43 on the regular Mobility Radeon 9600 drivers from both Microsoft and ATI, but I found that an earlier version (2.8.205) of omega's drivers got Vista to at least an acceptable level..but it still isn't working well at all with Direct3D. Any of the later omega drivers gave me a bsod (in Vista). I also had very limited success with the last set of Windows XP drivers from my manufacturer (Compaq/Hp..the drivers are two years old at least, and are awful). Since I am having some success in getting things working, it seems to me that ModTool could be the answer to my prayers! Thanks again for all the hard work...
