DHMobility Modder version 3

I have a laptop with windows xp x64 and an ati mobility radeon 9600/9700 graphics card. I previously had used the dh mobility modder to mod the drivers to work for my graphics card, but i had to reinstall windows and lost that configuration. I have tried to download version 4 of the modder, but it doesn't seem to work with XP x64. Please let me know where I can get the older version of the tool. Thank you!

we no longer support or have V3 for XP on the server. you might find it on some old download sites across the net, sorry.
