Help with Modtoolv4 :S

I'm currently using ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M, my pc was originally Vista based. But I decided to change it to XP. I installed the newest catalyst software 7.4, and tried to mod it. It comes up with "You want to start the installation now" I clicked yes, but nothing happens. Which setup is it exactly trying to start?

C:\ATI\SUPPORT\7-4-igp_xp_dd_ccc_wdm_sb_gart_enu_44981\GARTnt\setup.e xe ? Because it doesn't work. Please all pros out there help
