Cannot open DH Mod

My notebook is Acer Travelmate 8204 which use ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 512 MB HyperMemory.
When I run DHModTool4, it says "To run this application, you must first install one of the following version of the .Net Framework : V2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework".

How to fix the problem ?? Thanks A lot

Not what i get from the message is that you don't have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed. You should download that and install that.
