Big Grin

First of all I want to thank the developers and DriverHeaven.net for providing this Mobility Modder. It's the best tool I have used yet.

I had a chance to Beta2 test Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars, but I had a Drive problem Seems I needed to update my ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 Drivers. I was getting an Error on ETQW for: GL_ARB_texture_rectangle. Anyway ATI said I had to go back to my OEM which was Dell. I went to Dell they kept saying they had the latest Drivers and kept trying to force me to use the same Old Drivers I already had. I knew they were wrong. Some one Mentioned Redeon Mobility Modder in the ETQW Forum. I found it used it work like a Charm. I am now able to Bete2 test ETQW.

Thanks Again.

Hi,

i've got a new toshiba notebook A200-170 with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD2600. Is it possible to use the mobility modder for my card? If not when will it possible?

I use Vista Home Premium.

Thanks for your help

Acer 1672 9700

I have an Acer 1672 LM80 running a 3.4GHz SL7E6, 2 Gb RAM and an Ati Mobility Radeon 9700 GPU. I bought Vista a little while ago as the Vista Advisor said all would be well. Vista runs really well on my aging machine and I really like it, however there is no support for the GPU. I found this font of knowledge whilst searching once again for drivers. I am running XP presently, before I go through the install process again, anyone care to hazard a guess as to the likelihood of me getting 3D and Aero running?

Thanks

Rezorrand is on a distinguished road

Hi, I have Acer Travelmate 5720G with Ati Mobility Radeon X2500 and Windows Vista Business. Would it be possible to get support for it? Besides they've included a really bad/stripped CCC with their own drivers (you can only change resolution and screen orientation). Latest version of the Ati drivers on the site seems to be 8.371 which is slightly cryptic since catalysts are 7.8.

http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers...k/tm_5720.html

EDIT: Fixed some incoherencies.

Driver for Radeon HD 2400/2600 Series

I have used Mobility Modder to tweak latest release of ATI Catalyst to be installed in Windows XP Pro environment on my iMac G5/CoreDuo/Core2Duo. It works well as replacement for older ATI driver bundled in Apple's Boot Camp release. Old iMac models are equipped with ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 graphic processor.

However after I have upgraded to latest model of aluminum iMac which is equipped with Radeon HD 2600 graphic processor, Mobility Modder no longer work with latest release of ATI Catalyst 7.8. Though it should work with ATI Radeon HD 2300 graphic processor as indicated in your website.

Is there any plan to extend support to new ATI Radeon graphic processors released in June this year such as HD 2400/2600 ? Anyway I can help to make this happen which will really please all users of new iMac models ?
