Problems with Modding Catalyst 7.11 Drivers

Hey all,

My computer is a 20" iMac with Radeon HD 2600 video. I have previously modded the Catalyst drivers (7.9 and 7.10) with Mobility Modder V0.8.8.0 successfully and they installed and worked fine. Now I tried to update to Catalyst 7.11 and it doesn't work. I always get the message saying my video card is not the proper hardware for the driver. I used Mobility Modder V0.8.8.0 again and did everything exactly the same as for the previous driver versions.

Any ideas? Devs, is this a known issue? Thanks for any input!

I fixed my own problem,

The 7.11 Catalyst drivers are packaged a little differently than the previous versions. I was running the wrong setup. Once I ran the setup installer that was modded with Mobility Modder everything worked as usual. Admins - feel free to delete unless you think this is of any value to other users. I can explain further if anyone is having the same problems.

Seems like I'm having the same problem, but can't fix it. I've got a RADEON X1400 on a dell Inspiron6400 laptop. Any ideas? I tried running other setup files but kept getting the same error message.

i have the same problem, but with 7.12.. the 7.11 version worked fine but now i'm trying to install the new version and nothing goes well ç_ç
can u say how did u fix it?
