Radeon X1600 Windows XP Broken

Hi, I used DHmod to get the latest drivers for my laptop but after i installed the drivers when i boot into xp i only see a blueish screen with broken squares(can't really describe it) where my login screen should be. Is there a way to fix this?

Boot into Safe Mode. Uninstall you video drivers. Download and install the drivers from your laptop manufacturer.
