CCC wont work after mod.

I have a Toshiba Satellite P205d with a Radeon Express 1200 series video card.

When I modded the driver, the driver works fine, but when the OS loads up or I try to manually start the control center, I get an error message that says:

Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.implementation, Version 2.0.2861.40061, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=(some large hex number) or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Or:

Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.implementation, Version 2.0.2861.39793, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=(some large hex number) or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The control center does not launch.

Any help is appreciated and if you need any other information, let me know.

EDIT to add, I am dual booting between Vista and XP x64. The problem shows up in XP.
