1.1.1.0 Modder Issues

my setup:
Fujitsu N6010
Ati Mobility 9700
Win Xp, SP 2

For a while I have had Omega Drivers, but they were not performing how I'd liked. Now I'm just trying to get the ATI drivers, but I get this error In the installer
"Severe, Setup could not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system".

This is what I have done so far.
-Uninstalled Omega drivers (have not rebooted yet)
-Downloaded Cat 8.9 for Radeon 9700 (non mobility, desktop version)
-Downloaded the 1.1.1.0 Mobility modder (with all required xp files)
-Fallowed the instructions (http://www.hardwareheaven.com/modtool.php)

The mod tool says the drivers were modded successfully, so I close the program and run the setup.exe in the Cat folder. The installer does it thing and starts copying files, then I get the error. "Severe, Setup could not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system".
I have tried modding both the Mobility and non mobility drivers for the 9700. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

im taking same error what wýll we do. Before servýce pack ý was updatýng my drýver ý thýnk ýts about servýce pack ?
