Cannot mod Catalyst 8.9?

Hi! Today I tried using the Mobility Modder to mod the ATI Catalyst 8.9 Drivers for my ATI Mobility Radeon X2300. When I point the program to mod C:\ATI\Support or C:\ATI\Support\8-9_xp32-64_ccc_lang1_68903 and click Modify, nothing will be modified and the program displays "Driver Modifications finished". The time for the process was 0 seconds, which obviously meant that nothing was done. Please help me solve this problem!

Here the operation on the same driver package takes 15 seconds and seem to do its thing. Have a look at the installation guide on the Mobility Modder page to see if you may have missed a step: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/modtool.php

I am very sure I didn't miss a step. Maybe you can help by posting the modified driver on this website?

Hi there!

Just asking can you tell us what version of windows you are using?

For 32-bit Windows XP the folder path should be C:\ATI\SUPPORT\8-9_xp32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_68898 the folder path you have suggest that you got the wrong driver...

Does the program say that the MSXML checks passed?
