"Setup will only run in Administrator mode. Setup is aborting."

Hi, I used the latest version of the Mobility Modder to modify the latest drivers (8.9) for the ATI Radeon X1300 for use with my Dell Inspiron 6400's ATI Radeon Mobility X1300. When I run the modified Setup.exe, I get the following error after choosing my install options:

"Setup will only run in Administrator mode. Setup is aborting."

I'm using Windows XP and I tried running in compatibility mode for Windows 98 but that results in an error about not finding any compatible devices on my computer.

Any ideas?

Re: "Setup will only run in Administrator mode. Setup is aborting."

Sorry to bump my own old thread but I still have this problem when trying to modify the 9.3 drivers. I am using an administrator account (can't believe I didn't mention that originally) and I even tried running the setup.exe using the actual "Administrator" account...I still get this error. :/

EDIT: Oh, and since I write programs in .NET, I have all versions of .NET installed (1.1, 2.0, 3.5, all with latest service packs).
