Mobility Modder Help with a Radeon 345M

I am having problems with the mobility modder tool, i have downloaded the catalyst drivers (8-10_xp32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_69561) and installed the mobility modder, converted the driver and installed it.

The installation was fine other than windows warning me it may become unstable, and when i rebooted the display was fine.

The problem is that now my graphics card doesnt have any 3D acceleration, any Video HW Transform & Lighting vertex shading or pixel shading.

Please help, the card is a RADEON IGP 345M running on a sony vaio laptop

I am ok on computers, but get lost with drivers so simple explanations would be appreciated.
