Latest Modder gives me error messages

Hello,

I have an eMachines M6810 that I was trying to modify the latest ATI Driver for the Radeon Mobility 9600 (Version 8.10) with the Mobility Modder. I got the message: DH Mobility Modder.Net ATI Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. This message was followed by: "Application Error. Exception ECException in module MobilityDotNET.exe at 0002138D. Could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls.nip' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." I never got to the point where I could direct the Modder to the driver I wanted to modify. I have MSXML 6.0 installed. I used this Modder about a year ago and it worked. I screen captured these messages, but was unable to paste them into this message. Does anyone have any idea why the Modder is giving me these messages and what I can do about it?
