catalys 8.11 hp dv4000 series

As far as i saw on Modder website, this modder is supporting Ati Mobility Radeon X700 driver. But according to guide at first i need to download catalyst driver from ATI website or their website. I tried to download from ATI website. The problem is when i found my product in ATI Driver Support page at first they want me to download and install "Installation Verification Software". So when i installed this program as they said if the program verified my system is available for Catalyst it will automatically download. Nevertheless, when i run it i am always getting this message."Unfortunately, this software update cannot be installed on your system. Please contact your notebook manufacturer for driver updates." This setup is going on. As you see my problem is i can't even use modder because i can't obtain Catalyst.

Thanks for everything. I really need your help.
By the way my laptop certain model number is dv4289ea...

Dd you download the desktop driver and not the notebook driver. The program is only to moddify the desktop drivers.

Yeap i did and also tried to install but i got error message like "this driver is not appropriate driver for your video card". I guessed i downloaded wrong driver.It was for ATI Radeon X700. Does it true..
