Finding and modding a 3650 driver

I have a Mobility 3650 driver, but I can't find a 3650 driver on ATI's website to mod. Mobility Modder's page does however state that the tool is 3650 compatible, so I guess there must be a way to get it to work.

So what am I doing wrong?

(Running Vista 64 bit)

Hi,

you have to go to Drivers & Software and select the os you have and in the 2nd box select radeon and then like Radeon HD 4800 and download that driver. Then you can mod that driver to install.

Just to be sure - are you saying that I should get the 4800 one for my (Mobility) 3650?

Spike means that the Vista 64-bit driver is common driver for all AMD/ATi cards. But here's the direct link to the Driver page : Drivers & Tools | GAME.AMD.COM

ERROR edit: During install; check the post below:

I see. It seems that it it's been waaay too long since the last time I used the modder.

Thanks a lot mates - both of you.

Re: Finding and modding a 3650 driver

Uh-oh. Error.

During install, it "failed to load detection driver", and this happens. It practically freezes up after that.

Guess I wasn't homefree.

Edit: To help troubleshooting, the problem might be caused by my laptop (Thinkpad T500) having switchable graphics with one being the ATI card and another an Intel something-something. Though the ATI was the one switched on during installation - obviously.

Halp^2
