My Radeon HD 3470 doesn't work

I sent this mail but I got no answer:

Hello,
I have a Radeon HD 3470 Mobility in an ASUS F5SL-AP177D Notebook. With the Mobility Modder my card is detected as HD 3450 and I get bluescreens, and the Catalyst-Control-Center doesnt work because it says it can't found a card for my notebook.
I found the cause:
Some PCI-IDs are not included

So please include these PCI-IDs into the Driver INF:

When I add these IDs manually in the Catalyst 8.10/.11./12/... .inf it works and the bluescreens are gone. But in the Catalyst Control Center the PCI-IDs must be also added and I don't know how to do this.
So please add these PCI-IDs in future versions to your Mobility Modder.
