ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 Mobility

hi guys,

new to this forum

i have a Dell inspiron 9400 and ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 Mobility graphics.

i have followed the advice and links on this forum and got driver modder up and running but i do not know which driver i need from this website: http://www.driverheavendownloads.net/ati.htm

there are LOADS!
which one is the right one for me!??!

and also if you could be so kind as to give me a step by step process of how to install it to my machine that would be fantastic
