Having troubles while installing Catalyst 9.4 Vista x32 on x1600

I'm so confused, that even since english isn't my native language, I came here looking for help - excuse me, if there any mistakes.

So, I got 9.4 from official site, and modified them with MobilityModder 1.2.20; before them, 9.1 was installed.

Everything went okay while modifying, but when I tried to install them via Device Manager, I got #40 error (Unable to start the device) from Device Manager; CCC said that no ATi driver or hardware installed in system at all. Installing via CIM wents okay, but after rebooting Device Manager says again, that he's unable to run the device

Again, 9.2 onto XP and 9.1 onto Vista (I'm unable to get 9.2 for Vista right now, 'cuz I'm connected via EDGE, which is VERY expensive) works fine.

Any ideas, guys?

try 9.3 instead

Have only 9.3 already modded by Do Not Argue team. Is it safe to use 'em? I just can't download any other versions, 'cuz 1 Mb costs about 0.15$ for me - still not everyone in Russia have unlimited broadband-connection, especially in countryside.

None DNA driver work for me...just try the official ATI + modder

And one more question - is it true, that 9.3 package is the last one for preHD-cards?
