MOD help

Hi my problem is i can install fine and mod the install file but for cat 8-12 after i start up CCC it gives me sum weird error bout enabling my driver threw display manger which theres nutin there bout enabling in display manger i am running a toshibia a135 s2276 satalite with a t2060 dual core processor 1 gig ram 80gb hard drive on vista basic

now i unistalled my previous version of my ATI driver then moded the 8-12 just like the website says unpacked files ran moder installed mod files and rebooted and got this error if u could help that would be awsome keep up the good work and thxs

Previously i had the driver from toshiba installed but when ever i played a game it would only run in software mode AKA CS 1.6 or if i was playing any quake based games i would get 1 -4 fps and before when i had windows xp and a omega driver installed i would get 40-70 fps COD2 i get 1-7 fps and on the xp i had 40 60 fps =[ so i was hopeing this would solve my problem
