Problems with ati mobility radeon hd 3470

It´s my 2# post on this forum, and after modding Catalyst 9.5 drivers with MobilityModder, I can't play Counter Strike 1.6 with ATi Catalyst 9.5 in opengl mode.
ps: i have to say that the 9.4 don't work too

When i had 9.3 everithig worked great.

Can anyone give a solution?
