Mobility Modder With ATI Mobility Radeon x1600

Hi I recently posted in the Mobility forums on this issue and now am on my last attempt to fix my crashing issues using the mobility modder but am having trouble using the program. I click the 9.3 installer from ATI and it extracted and goes right to a "Sorry no good for you." So I try the mobility modder on the folder C:/ATI/Support and it says success but nothing in the folder will execute. What am I doing wrong here? Does it work with 9.3? I'm sorry I know I must be missing something basic but help would really be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

This is the third time you have started a new thread on this. I sympathize with your difficulties on finding a solution but opening multiple threads isn't the solution.
