What about Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410?
Hello. If you do read this, do you mind explaining why not adding Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410? I've seen the Mobility Modder added support for the 4K series, and some 3K series, why doesn't it include the 3410?
IF it has any compatibly issues, then i'll have nothing to say. reply if possible and any idea why it doenst include support for 3410., i need it badly ![]() TY. |

I agree. Could you please add Radeon HD 3410 to the supported cards? Thanks.

I'd love 3410 support for my dv2z. Thanks.

Re: What about Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410?
I also would like support for ATI Radeon 3410 for my hp dv2. Latest official drivers from HP are from April 2009
![]() Off topic: Did anyone of you guys who have HP Pavilion dv2 with ATI 3410 managed to get running a DXVA via MPC in Vista Home Premium 32bit (preinstalled system)??? |

Re: What about Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410?
So I gave a mobility modded 9.11 package a go and it installs just fine on my dv2z with windows 7 x64. The driver calls the chip a 3450 but other than that nothing seems awry.
As for DXVA, it worked "out of the box" for me on both the original Vista x64 install and the current W7 x64 install. Both with the latest x64 build of MPC home cinema. And on all driver versions I've had installed (3 or 4 in total).

Re: What about Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410?
In your dv2z, do you have single or dual core Neo processor??
I read somewhere that some builds of dv2z include dual core Athlon Neo processor - which could be powerful enough to run HD videos without GPU acceleration (do not know about this for sure). With proper setting, my dv2 with single core processor can run 720p H.264 video flawlessly (processor usage 70-90%) and 1080p videos almost flawlessly (sometimes low frame rate, video crippling, sound issues). |

Re: What about Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3410?
I have the dual core neo. But MPCHC explicitly says [DXVA] when it is active, and cpu usage is single digits even on 1080p movies so I know for sure it is active.

Ok thanks.
Anyway, support for 3410 in future would be appreciated. |
