Hi Spyke, I would to thank you for the Mobility Modder that works very well for my Mobility Radeon HD3650, except for one thing: DXVA!

If you read this thread:

AMD Game Forums - This is incredible: DXVA works perfectly only with DNA drivers

you see that I tested different drivers (9.8 Hotfix, 9.8, 9.7 and yesterday 9.4), but the problem is the same: DXVA does not works correctly. Then I install the DNA Drivers 9.4 and DXVA works like a charm! and I couldn't give an explanation to this...but I see the DXVA settings in the registry folder (as suggested in the second post of the link) and I found the solution: the entries are different.

So I changed these entries and DXVA works perfectly with Catalyst 9.8 hotfix and I suppose also with other Catalyst version.

My adapter has the following Hardware ID:

I would to ask you if you could correct this "bug" in your mobility modder for my card. and give me some explanation of this strange thing, if it is possible, thanks

PS: I post the reg file with correct settings and the xml settings for DXVA_Checker

PPS: the system is perfectly stable (OS: WIndows 7 RTM, Catalyst 9.8 Hotfix)

I contradict myself: DNA works, but Catalyst with this "patch" doesn't...I need more investigation...
