Radeon xpress 200m startup problem

Hello and thanks to all who reply to this post.

Here is my problem
i Have a Compaq Presario V5115US laptop with a radeon xpress 200m graphics chip. I am trying to run windows 7 32 bit. i downloaded the most recent radeon CCC and drivers for the desktop. used the Mod tool and instaled just fine. now when i boot up i get an error CCC has caused an error and has to shut down. when i go into the device manager i see that the driver has been stoped. not sure exactly what is going on but i need some help. if there is any other information you may need plz let me know. thanks again

This is the the error message i get when i load up. am i using the incorrect Drivers?

No ATI graphics Driver installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly, please install the ATI driver appropriate for your ATI hardware.

You can't install the latest Catalyst with the DH ATI Mobility Modder 1.2.1.0 on your notebook computer because ATI does not provide driver support for DX9 ATI Radeon graphics for desktop computers anymore.

Only two ATI Catalyst drivers can successfully be installed on DX9 ATI Radeon graphics for desktop computers under Windows 7, the Catalyst 9.3 and the Catalyst 'LEGACY' 9.8(doesn't mean the Catalyst 9.8!). But the DH ATI Mobility Modder 1.2.1.0 was released earlier than the Catalyst 'LEGACY' 9.8(doesn't mean the Catalyst 9.8!).

Let's talk about it. I will install Windows 7 on my LG P2(P1 for Emerging Markets) with the DX9 ATI Mobility Radeon graphics Processor for notebook computers too. Come to my thread below.↓
