toshiba laptop XP and ati HD 4650

Hi

I installed the latest ati driver using the modder and everything worked fin

The only problem is at startup it gives a warning that the driver is not supported by ati catalyst and to enable the ati adapter from the display manager

I cant seem to fix this problem. any help is appreciated
