“The system has not been modified” message after installing driver

Hello

I am new here .... and this is all very new for me, here it goes

I installed windows 7 64 bit on my Sony vaio SZ-79GN when I tried to run the drivers for the Nvidia 8400M GS I realized that Sony does not supply driver, nor do the Nvidia drivers can be installed on the vaio. Eventually I found this site. I have followed the instruction for the nVidia Mobility Modder Tool, downloaded the correct driver (186.81) so far so good. Then I run the setup for the driver and ALAS! At the end of the installation I get the following message “the system has not been modified” I don’t know what else to do….

I have the same problem the latest nvidia mod tool does not work on windows 7 64 bit please update the mod tool so we can use the latest drivers plz!

The 186.81 for mobiles is available from nvidia's download site already though.

If you want the 195.62, then just wait patiently for the time being.
